VASER liposuction + gland excision via small areolar incision - flat, contoured male chest.

Gynecomastia is the presence of female-pattern breast tissue (gland + fat) in the male chest. Surgery addresses both components: VASER ultrasonic liposuction removes the fatty component with simultaneous skin tightening, and the dense glandular tissue is excised through a small (4-6 mm) incision at the lower areolar border. The pull-through technique allows complete gland removal through a tiny incision - the scar is hidden in the areolar border and essentially invisible at conversational distance.

A note on recurrence

Gynecomastia surgery is permanent for the gland component. The fat component can return if significant weight is gained - maintaining weight post-operatively is important. True recurrence (gland regrowth) is rare with complete excision technique.
